Ever since I learned about cloudbusting, I have always wondered about news items like this one. Did this "just happen", or did someone monkeying around with a Reich Cloudbuster screw up? I know of at least two separate groups on the west coast that might have caused this weather event, or it might have been the result of both working at the same time in the same area with neither knowing about the others' work. Neither of them will talk to the other, so the lack of communication is a further problem in itself. Such synergistic interactions between unrelated cloudbusting projects can easily magnify the damage far beyond what any single cloudbuster could cause. Does anyone know of anybody in California who might have been working with a cloudbuster recently?
